I've tried every blessed eating experiment known to women - and made up a few of my own (aka: 1000 cal/day cookie diet). I've been (until recently) a regular exercise-er.
My goal is to lose 10 lbs over night. My reality is that I should work toward losing 10 lbs in 6 months. (20 in 12.) Always, always working toward lifetime health and fitness. Physically, emotionally, vitally.
Today, I begin a plant based eating program. So far it's fucking fantastic! I had chocolate pancakes this morning for breakfast. Nearly vegan (I don't have vegan chocolate chips and I have a whole bag I gotta use up), mostly gluten free (mixed coconut flour and regular flour), healthy (flaxseed and chia seeds), delicious (tasted like a fudge pop tart!). Quite honestly, I'm feeling a tiny bit blood sugar shakey. Going to get moving pretty soon in hopes of balancing it out.
My exercise program is a bit spotty right now but today is a new start.
