30 minutes for 100 days: Day 1

Quite honestly, I would have liked to curl up in a chair with a book.  But since that particular strategy hasn't been successfully helping achieve my fitness, health and weight loss goals its probably best that I went to the gym instead.

So, I went to the gym!  LifeCenterPlus.  So friendly.  I'm not going to bore you with the details of my workout (I have a pretty little notebook where I record that nonsense) but I DID run (intervals for anyone who cares) for 36 minutes.  AND I did a 20 minute band workout - compliments of Sandy, thank-you very much. 

Day 1.  Yea Me!
