Ya know, I'm just really glad I have embarked on this little journey.  Feeling healthier, fitter happier.  The scale is the same but I'm operating on the assumption that my body is retaining a layer of protective fat like bears during the winter.  As soon as the weather warms up to double digits that don't start with '1',  I expect to drop 5 lbs.

Went to Ufit2.  Great workout hindered by my bad shoulder - finally bad enough to make an appointment to have it fixed.  OY! I'm old!  The thing about working out with a group is that it's like therapy.  We share stories and opinions.  Joke and laugh and complain about the workout.  Good for the body, mind and soul.  When I run, I run alone - I can't actually talk and run at the same time.  I think I need to schedule walks with friends, even in this cold, snowy winter weather.  But in the mean time, I'll just take my dog!
