Day 17 - 30 minutes accomplished. But not nearly enough exercise to offset the 2 pounds of sugar I consumed that day. Kendall made cupcakes. And she had a candy bar that she didn't want. And Felicia made lemon bars. And I have no will power. Cole was home. We made dinner using a (www.foscorner.weebly.com) Vegan/Gluten Free recipe. Honestly, Day 17 was delicious!!!
Day 18 was just lazy. I whined in my head and made empty promises to myself all day. Made deals with myself that I didn't keep. Barely moved and consumed another 2 pounds of sugar. (Really cannot have cupcakes around the house.) Read a book, watched the Olympics and moved up three levels on Candy Crush. My Fitbit barely registered steps on Day 18.
Day 19 - 60 minutes on the treadmill. 50 minutes actually running (slow!) and 10 minutes warm up and cool down. The sign says, "30 minute time limit - no exceptions!" I spend the "over 30" minutes on my treadmill stressing about breaking the rule. There are other treadmills open so that's not the issue. The issue is the sign and my Catholic adherence to authority. Wouldn't it be awesome if guilt burned extra calories!!!!
