Day 33 & 34

Day 32 - I love Ufit2!  Sandy adjusts the exercises to accommodate my bursitis (OY! I'm old!) and adds more muscle groups into the exercises to make them harder and more challenging.  If I flex really hard and squint I can see muscle definition in my shoulders and back.  And there are Ab and Quad muscles under that loose skin!  What's up with that loose skin?  Gross.  My aversion to sun screen may have caught up with me.  But am I going to start wearing sunscreen every day?  Probably not.  Am I going to cover up with long sleeves and long pants?  I don't think so.  Guess we will all just have to deal with it.

Found a way to maximize my time and get more done than just exercise, blog and hang out.  I called someone to clean my house.  (Angie, I love you!)  If anyone is planning a Mackay visit - this is a good week to stop by!

Day 33 - Running is getting a lot easier.  Can't go far and I'm still not fast but I feel fitter than I did 30 days ago.  No profound treadmill thoughts today.  Just watched the little Aerobicizers through the window.  I decided their work out is kinda stupid.  But there are lots of them, they come regularly and they move for over an hour so who am I to judge?  HA!  (I know you get it!)
