Great workouts both days!  Really happy with the intensity and variety of my workouts.  Makes exercising less boring to change it up.  Also happy that my fitness level is better than 46 days ago.  Would love for the scale to move to lower numbers more quickly - or even a little less slowly but as long as the numbers keep getting smaller I'm ok with the system.  

Isn't if funny how on the way up the scale, these numbers seemed awful and now we are happy to see them again.  Relativity is a crazy thing.
