Mondays are always easy cuz that's usually my "start over day".  Actually rode the bike at Ufit2 for 20 minutes before class for extra steps.  Sandy's class is always hard.  It would be a lot easier to do those body weight exercises if my body weight was less ....

Busy weekend with two kids playing volleyball in two different cities.   It's usually early mornings and late nights.  Getting two days of cardio in is tricky on the last day but I'm really glad I got up and spent some time on the treadmill.

I had a bunch of stories swirling in my head to share here but now that I'm at the computer (with a keyboard instead of my phone!) I can't think of a one.  Oh well!  Make it a great day!
