20% Carbohydrates. WTF! Everything has sugar, therefore carbs! Bananas and apples are two of the "worst" fruits you can eat because of the amount of "sugar" they have! No wonder those are my go-to snacks when I'm trying not to eat sugar - actual good chocolate sugar! Needless to say, I have failed (but did I really want to???) achieve 20% carbs this week. You could say that I've done SouthBeach instead (40/30/30 percent). I've exercised hard every day. Ate well. Two glasses of wine. The scale hasn't budged! If anything is may have nudged up a bit! What is that!!??!! Sigh.
