Oh the Irony!

The irony of blogging about judging  while the Pope, whose primary message is to help one another without judgement, is visiting the United States is not lost on me.  I'm not the brightest bulb in the box but I flicker occasionally.   I'm in total agreement with the Pope.  I love his message and how he delivers it.  I'm a Catholic whose faith in my faith is renewed because of Pope Francis.  (Think about that - you'll get it.)

UBU (that's 'You Be You' my "friends").  Be who you are - just don't cause a problem for someone else.  Like that creep in Iowa who caused all sorts of problems for the entire Muslim population living in America with his little public rant.  Be who you are - and help someone along the way.

I was raised by one of the two Democrats in the most Republican state in the country.  I have the soul of a social worker.  And I judge.  People are not to be blamed (judged) for circumstances they did not create  i.e. poverty or wealth, physical or mental capabilities, their faith and belief systems, gay or straight, or even their relatives.  But when people choose stupidity and bigotry, when they choose to lie, cheat, steal or kill for the betterment of themselves at the expense of someone else.  I'm sure a shit gonna judge.

Time to go help my neighbor!  Ya'll have a great day!
