I have been lax about blogging but not exercise! And for the 10 of you that seem to check my blog regularly, I apologize. I haven't found my new routine for "getting it done in a day" combined with going to bed at 9:00.
At this point I honestly will tell you that I worked out vigorously every day for at least 50 minutes. I also accumulated many many fitbit steps with all the lawn mowing I did this week. Today I rode bike on my new seat (thank-you to whomever invented gel for seats - I love you!) We rode 60 minutes and I think 14 miles. It felt like 40. Fitbit steps are hard to log on the bike so in the interest of maintaining my first place fitbit status, Kendall and I rollerbladed. It was scary. Stopping and turning are tricky. Looking forward to going again!
This 60 minute thing is challenging. It's time consuming, physically demanding/exhausting, my muscles are tight and sore, and yet... I'm feeling stronger and a bit leaner. I love changing up my routine everyday and generally being really active. I've lost a few more ounces, (maybe an actual pound or two) but not as much as I think I deserve considering my time spent vs pounds lost ratio.
Next week I commit to tracking and chatting every day!
Day 11, 12, 13, 14, 15: 45-80 minutes every day!
