Ran for 60 minutes. Well, less than a run, more than a shuffle - kind of a trot without the hop. And, since no one has accused me of being highly intelligent - ever!, I mistakenly chose to trot for 60 minutes at noon in the glorious, increasingly hot Ohio sun! Which may be an oxymoron for my desert friends but for us Ohioans, the temperature has increased about 100 degrees since February. We are still adapting!
Ran in my new shoes. My foot went numb. Ow. Goodbye new shoes. Told Jordan about my foot. She said, "Oh that's too bad, did you stop running?" Me, "No, I had to finish my 60 minutes plus I had to get back home." Deep, highly intelligent conversations!
Ran and sat today. Created a Facebook page for PPC Family Fund. Really shouldn't have been so difficult. For some reason, my computer wants to upload all 3000 pictures into FB instead of letting me choose one. But being flexible (aka: desperate!) I found a way and prevailed! So I'm giving myself an extra check for technology! It's all part of being a little wiser!
