I don't like to complain. Which is too bad cuz it's one of the few things I'm REALLY good at! I step on the scale and it is sort of disheartening. Two things go thru my mind nearly every morning: 1st: WTF! 2nd: Sh--! Not a positive start to the day.
Yet, I stay the course! Exercising every day. Trying to eat healthy and control portions. I'm not really sure why the number on the scale doesn't change. I can honestly say that my daily caloric intake does not equal a 2 lb overnight weight gain. It's not fair that I can't skip dinner (but never the wine - which I'm absolutely positive is not the problem!) and lose 3 lbs like I used to to. Right now I am operating under the (desperate hope!) conclusion that I am gaining muscle yet losing fat so therefore the number on the scale remains nearly the same. Given time, the numbers should change ... hahahahahahahaha.
