1) I need to keep my head up! Look at my surroundings and not the ground in front of me.
2) I need a better running playlist.
3) My heart & lungs are much more efficient than they were 125 days ago.
PS. A message to the quite round, 30-something women on the path: Walk FASTER!!!!
Day 26: Ran 5 miles in 55 minutes today! (Only walked 1/4 mile.) Terrific!
