Today I power walked for 60 minutes. In the back of my mind I think that walking is a little bit "lame". Yet it turned out to be a really great low-er intensity workout. My feet, muscles and joints all thanked me afterward! High intensity days take a lot out of me. (Translation: no "chores" get done those days!) Old folk jokes aside, I read somewhere that it is healthier to mix up both the exercise and the intensity. My workout today felt great and flew by!
