30 minutes. That's my attention span today. I had worked myself up to a 45 minute mental level and pushed myself to 60 - which is why I like the 60 minutes for 90 days "thing". Today though, I started to run then slowed to a nice, ultimately short walk with the pretty scenery. Planning a walk for tomorrow - but will get in an hour. My fitness is pretty much there - I ran 4.5 and walked 1.5 on Monday (which I didn't log) but my mental strength is still a little sleepy!
