Walked 5 miles (ran 1.5 of that). Felt good to get outside and enjoy (possibly) the last 70 degree day of 2014.

Ate a healthy lunch of beef and broccoli.
Then mindlessly gobbled four snack size Snickers.
Halloween Candy haunts me.
