Some of you know that my Athlete has not been healthy over the last year or longer.  It's gotten to the point that the staff at the ER in her college town know her.  That's never good.  

Fast forward and we are finally visiting doctors.  She had a follow up with her primary care doc who ran a myriad of blood tests.  The culprit to her fatigue (et al) could be a low functioning thyroid.  She seems young for this ailment but it's probably hereditary (hands up from her maternal Synthroid user).   Take a pill, feel better. 

She also visited my new favorite Chiropractor who ran her usual tests.  We see the X-rays later today but the test they do that uses colorful lines to indicate spinal "issues" lit up like a freaking stop light!  All Red!  No other colors to balance it out.  Red is never good (unless it's that really terrific dress you are wearing out to dinner).  

The Amazing Chiro suggested Vitamins and Probiotics.  My two new favorite topics.  In fact, I purchased enough for everyone in the Family!   My Family loves when I have a Band Wagon they all get dragged onto!  They'll thank me later!

Quite honestly, it's been a terrible health year for the Mackays.  Dave's heart issues (all fixed).  Numerous viruses,  Noro, MRSA, Mono, dented bones, surgeries, sprains ... we met our deductible in the first three months of 2017.  That's really not our way.  

And we are going to use our new Vitamin Regime to not have that shit happen again in 2018!
