1800 Minutes

1800 Minutes AKA 45x5x8. That’s my new goal to health and fitness. Seems easy really! It all started with 30 minutes for 100 days. I was biologically much healthier at the end of 100 days - which had an 80% completion rate. So, considering the information from my new scale - BMI, body fat, bone density, physiological age, and actual weight - I gotta do some thing serious to ensure health and vitality in the coming years!

Yesterday 8/4/2021 Day 1: Ran/walked.
Today 8/5/2021: Biking.

It's supposed to be 51 degrees today!  What's that white sh-- falling from the sky?  Spent two hours in the dentist chair getting two temporary caps.  It was no fun and the receptionist implied that it's gonna be really expensive.  That's so great.  Planned to start "training" for the ColorMeRad Run this morning but after the dentist, I had a headache and the snow made me want to crawl back into bed ... so I did.  Now I'm gonna google swimsuits for my cruise.  If the sun decides to peak thru the clouds I may take Sadie for a walk.  I may even shower later.  I'm setting my expectations low today so I don't disappoint myself.    Rock On!
